[UCI-Linux] Using Linux with Exchange Calendar

If you're on the campus Exchange calendar and want to use it from a Linux
system, I've written up some directions on how to set up Thunderbird and
Lightning to connect to the Exchange server and use the Calendar.

Connecting to the campus Exchange server this way is not currently supported
by OIT, so please do not contact the OIT Helpdesk for help with this.  I can
try to help you with this, but you really shouldn't have problems making this
work if you follow the directions.
