[UCI-Linux] Google releases Picasa for Linux

Actually, the binary has an MD5 identical to that of the Windows
binary.  It appears to be the Windows binary actually running inside
an included WINE.  (Which would make sense.  Google has submitted
hundreds of patches to WINE in the past months.)

We don't need no stinkin' source.  :-)
