[UCI-Linux] New FC4 kernel and Cisco VPN client

For those of you using Fedora Core 4, if you are using the Cisco VPN client
you should not use the new kernel that was just released, 2.6.16-1.2069.
It appears something has changed in the new kernel setup that is preventing
the Cisco VPN client build from working at all.  I have submitted a problem
report to Cisco about it.
