Update Information:

New yum release fixes multiple small bugs.  Changes include:
  - lockfile localized to the installroot
  - install-by-dep (yum install "foo > 1.1")
  - gpgkey option in config files can now include $vars
  - new urlgrabber w/more proxy fixes
  - proxy fixes in the yum code
  - repo globbing in --enablerepo and --disablerepo
  - ts of the installroot used when checking for installed gpg keys
  - obsoletes displayed in transaction listing
  - fix display of removal deps in transaction listing.
