Papers.

 

SRC, a university research management consortium, is soliciting new
three-year research programs addressing needs related to "Modeling &
Simulation of Ultimately Scaled Nanoelectronic Materials & Devices."

 

The solicitation and associated Modeling & Simulation Research Needs

The White Papers are due, via electronic submission, to SRC by 5 p.m.
