[ResNetAnnounce] Continuing CATV Outage

[Residential Network Announcements]

Dear resident,

You should have received an email notice yesterday detailing a service outage for the ResNet cable TV system while we transition to a new digital infrastructure. We had been told by our cable provider (Apogee) that the channels would all be back online by midnight. Unfortunately, the contractors have run into a number of technical difficulties, and the outage has been extended.

There are a number of channels that are currently online in their new digital format, and the remaining ones are slowly being brought up as well. At the present time, we do not have an estimate as to when the system will be fully operational.
