Dear friends,

With less than a week to the MGSA Symposium, we write to wish everyone a
safe trip to Sacramento! The Symposium features talks, receptions, music,
tours, a book exhibit, and much more. A version of the program is available
on our website and it will be kept up-to-date throughout the conference:

Please also consider following us on *Twitter* & *Instagram* at @MGSAorg

A few final points:

By now, all speakers at regular panel sessions will have received an email
connecting them to their moderator and co-panelists. In it we stipulate
that papers should not exceed 20 minutes in length. Please send short
biographies to moderators.

Speakers at regular session should also have received an email with
guidelines for submitting their power point presentations electronically to
an MGSA secure site.

Lastly please remember, longstanding MGSA policy requires that all papers
must be presented in person. No papers may be read by proxies. Skype or
another electronic presentation will not be accepted either.

Please contact me if you have any concerns or need clarification on these
points.
