[MGSA-L] Harvard Library acquires Nikos Gatsos archive

Dear all,


As the person who initiated the process of the acquisition of this important archive in collaboration with Rhea Lessage, the Librarian for Greek Studies at Harvard's Widener Library, I cannot stress enough how happy I am with this development. This archive can potentially be very important for the research of all of us and especially of our graduate and undergraduate students in a number of fields in the USA and beyond.

My congratulations go especially to Rhea Lessage and to Leslie Morris, Gore Vidal Curator of Modern Books & Manuscripts at Houghton Library, for bringing this ambitious project to fruition.
