[MGSA-L] A. Nicolaou, PhD candidate in Modern Greek Studies/Comparative Literature, named 2018 Harvard Horizons Scholar

I am very happy to announce that Argyro Nicolaou, a PhD candidate in Comparative Literature writing her thesis on "Europe and the Cultural Politics of Mediterranean Migrations” (with a special focus on Greek and Cypriot authors), was named a 2018 Harvard Horizons Scholar. The "Harvard Horizons Scholars" is a very prestigious interdisciplinary program that each year selects only 8 exceptionally charismatic PhD candidates across all disciplines and sciences. Argyro gave a powerful presentation of her innovative research at Harvard's Sanders Theater a couple of days ago. More info. may be found here:
