Dear Colleagues,

We are writing to inform you of exciting Core <http://www.cies.org/program/core-fulbright-us-scholar-program> Fulbright U.S. Scholar<http://www.cies.org/program/core-fulbright-us-scholar-program> grant opportunities to teach and/or conduct research in Greece. The Fulbright Program is the flagship international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government, and it is designed to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries. Applications for academic year 2018-2019 are currently being accepted from all levels of faculty, including early career and professionals. You and your colleagues may be interested in the following opportunities:


  *   Greece-Spain Joint Teaching/Research Award<https://awards.cies.org/content/greece-spain-joint-teachingresearch-award>-New!
This award is open to academics and professionals of all levels except early career to teach and/or research at Spanish and Greek universities, higher education institutions, or cultural or research centers for a minimum of three months in each country and a maximum of seven months total. Applications are sought in all disciplines, with preference for projects that show strong comparative research on the two countries/societies.

This teaching for teaching/research award is open to all career levels in any discipline. A letter of invitation is strongly preferred, and Fulbright Greece will assist with affiliations as needed.
