Dear Colleagues and Friends,

I hope this email finds you well. As some of you know, for the past five
years I have been working on a documentary entitled *Searching for Andreas:
Political Leadership in Times of Crisis.*

We are now fundraising to cover what proved to be a relatively costly
production. To finance this project, I established the Hellenic Heritage
Documentary Association (HHDA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
dedicated to the development of material that documents the artistic,
sociological, cultural, and historical heritage of Hellenism. While the
HHDA is a nonprofit, the people working for our production film studio
(Schadenfreude films) and our post-production studio (dotmov) are all
professionals that must be compensated for their amazing work.

I am sharing the link to our fundraising campaign:

<https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/searching-for-andreas-film> *where you
can watch the trailer, learn more about the project, and support our
campaign.

It would be great if you could share it with your group of friends (or
associations you belong to) that may be interested in the topic!

Also, let me know if you want to organize a screening at your university in
2018! A short description follows:
*Searching for Andreas <https://www.facebook.com/SearchingForAndreas/> *is
a documentary about the pitfalls of charismatic leadership and the limits
of democratic politics under economic globalization. It examines the life
of one of Europe’s most controversial leaders, Andreas G. Papandreou,
raising a key question: was he a socialist reformer or a populist
manipulator? Regardless of what one believes about Andreas' politics,
Greece won't emerge from the crisis until it confronts his legacy.

Thank you for your support!

Warm best,
Harris
