I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the members of our Program and Local Arrangements Committees, who have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to make the Symposium possible.

Special thanks go to Sakis Gekas, Chair of the MGSA Program Committee, and all of his members: Louis Ruprecht, Kostis Kornetis, Efthymia Rentzou, Tassos Anastassiadis, Penelope Papailias, Panos Hatziprokopiou, Elias Dinas, Heath Cabot, Yaprak Gursoy and George Syrimis.

Very special thanks to Louis Ruprecht, who, in addition to serving on the Program Committee, is also chairing the Local Arrangements Committee. Other Local Arrangements Committee members include Margo Alexander, Nickitas Demos, Christos Galileias, Kathryn Kozaitis, Faidra Papavasiliou, Gerard Pendrick, and Lela Urquhart. All are members of the Center for Hellenic Studies Executive Committee at Georgia State University.

The preliminary program will be posted by July 30, 2015. Please consult our symposium website mgsasymposium.org for further updates, including practical information on hotel reservations. We look forward to welcoming you to Atlanta.

Sincerely,
Neovi Karakatsanis,
