You are invited to a screening of a new documentary of the 100th
anniversary of the Ludlow, Colorado mineworkers strike. The 100th
anniversary has aroused increased interest in the legacy of the strike, the
bloodiest in American history.

The film also devotes a portion to the role of immigrant workers, including
one of the central leaders, Louis Tikas, a Greek immigrant.

Family members, historians, writers and labor activists are interviewed and
extensive use is made of original footage.

We are happy to report that the NYC Labor Council (AFL-CIO) will send out
an email blast about the screening.

*When:* Friday September 19 (flyer attached). 6:30 pm. Address on the
flyer

Here is a 2 minute promo of the movie on you tube and in addition
