[MGSA-L] destruction of neoclassical architecture in post-WWII Athens

If you haven't come across them yet: you might talk to someone at
Monumenta, a Greek NGO founded by architects (and others), dedicated to the
protection of the natural and architectural heritage in Greece and Cyprus.
www.monumenta.org (in Greek; English site less complete). They sponsor and
feature a lot of lectures, publications, and work dealing with Athens'
urban landscape and its transformation (destruction) in second half of 20th
century.
