2014 GRADUATE RESEARCH GRANT PROGRAM

February 2014

        The Hellenic University Club of New York is pleased to announce its annual Frederick E.G. Valergakis Graduate Research Grant Program encompassing research in the medical, biological, or social sciences. The award is projected to be Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).


 Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:

1.   Candidates must be of Hellenic ancestry.

2.   Candidates must be citizens or legal permanent residents of the United States.

3.   Candidates must be currently enrolled in a graduate program and have a clearly defined proposal for a research project in the medical, biological, or social sciences.

4. Candidates must submit completed applications together with three (3)     appraisals and supporting documents to the Scholarship Committee by May 31, 2014.

                   5.   Finalists may be interviewed by the Scholarship Committee.
