[MGSA-L] Hotel Reservations for the MGSA Symposium

Hello again,

In addition to the impending registration deadline, there is also a deadline for hotel reservations.  Our block of rooms at the Biddle Hotel is being kept for us until October 14.  The Biddle is in the same building, the Indiana Memorial Union, where the conference will be held.  It is a high quality facility, among the best in town.  Your reservation at the hotel also benefits the MGSA economically.  We receive a rebate on our facility fees for all hotel reservations.

Hotel rooms are often a scarce quantity in Bloomington on weekends.  Please don't assume that you will find something at the last moment.

Oct. 15 is also a key date for the hotel that Frank is working with and that is very close to our symposium venue. The unclaimed rooms there will be released on Oct. 15, which means that you may no longer get the MGSA discount after that date. The information about the hotel shows here below and the code for receiving the MGSA discount is "MGSA":
