Call for Papers - New Research Center

Dear Colleagues,

This may be of interest,

"The Hellenic Foundation of European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) would
like to inform you that in the next few days the Crisis Observatory will
launch its website (www.crisisobs.eu). The Crisis Observatory is a new
initiative by ELIAMEP, realized with the support of the Stavros Niarchos
Foundation.****

The objective of the Crisis Observatory is to create a unique point of
reference for information, discussion and new research relating primarily
to the Greek crisis, but also covering the wider European crisis. This
objective is pursued through a variety of initiatives ranging from
educational activities and public events, to the launch of a comprehensive,
free, on-line hub of data, information and bibliography about the crisis,
and the support of novel research projects designed to uncover new facts
about the impact of the crisis and the path to recovery. The Observatory’s
guiding principle is the presentation of information and knowledge based on
solid argumentation and empirical evidence. Ultimately, through the
promotion of evidence–based debate and policy proposals the Observatory
hopes to enhance the level of public discourse regarding the crisis in
Greece and Europe.****

In this context, the Crisis Observatory will host series of different
publication categories. More specifically, the Crisis Observatory will host
*Opinion Articles*, *PolicyPapers* and *Research Papers*. The instructions
forauthors are attached below.****

The Crisis Observatory makes an open call for papers to researchers
studying all aspects of the European crisis at national, comparative and
European levels, for all of the above publication categories. The
papers submitted
should comply with basic scientific methodological standards, particularly
for the Research Paperscategory. The final decision about the publication
of the submitted papers will be taken by the Observatory team.****

Submission of papers and/or queries regarding the Crisis Observatory should
be send electronically to info at crisisobs.gr"
