[MGSA-L] Upcoming events at Yale

I must admit that I find the attempt to preempt a discussion that has yet to happen as “one-sided,” “short-sighted,” “truly scandalous,”  etc. etc., both rushed and uncalled for.

As it happens, the event is not organized by the Hellenic Studies Program but by the Yale Center for the Study of Globalization. As it also happens, Zedillo will only be presenting Papaconstantinou while Cavallo and Xafa will be responding to his presentation. Regardless of the constitution of the panel, however, I expect scholars and members of this list to judge after and not prior to the discussion.
