[MGSA-L] Greeks of Cappadocia

I am writing an article on the Greeks of Cappadocia and I was wondering if anyone doing research about this topic could answer the following questions or direct me to the proper sources:
1) When did the Greeks first settle in the historical Cappadocian area?
2) How many Greeks lived there at their peak and how many currently live there?
3) How many Christian churches were there and how many are there currently?
