Dear MGSA Members:
 
I regret to state that difficulties with a new printing service and a
supplier for envelopes (over a 5-week period) have delayed the mailing of
the 2011 MGSA Bulletin.  Mailing to all domestic and international members
will be completed by the end of this week.  Please note that the nonprofit
bulk mailing rate for US members results in slower delivery schedules.
 
I do hope that this delayed mailing will not cause any serious
inconveniences.
