[MGSA-L] Noam Chomsky's signature.

Dear all,

After having seen the correspondence between Prof. Chomsky and the various
people in Greece that either suggest that he signed or challenge this
signature, I wonder: regardless of this particular signature isn't it more
useful for an academic community (like this list) to discuss of the future
of the university in a more and more marketised world (which is the actual
issue after all)? Let's say that Chomsky did sign: how does this change the
realities of the academia for each one of us?
