Call for a network Supporters of the Greek Wikipedia


In 2011 marks 10 years since the creation of the Internet encyclopedia
Wikipedia and 260 years since the adoption of the Encyclopaedia -
"Encyclopédie" of Diderot and Ntalamper, great effort to create a
collective work of reference for the dissemination of knowledge and
ideas of the Enlightenment.

To achieve the enrichment and expansion of the use of Wikipedia in
Greek, the National Research and Technology Network (GRNET) in
collaboration with the Society of Free Software / Open Source Software
(STP / OSS) and the National Documentation Centre (NDC), send
invitation to individuals and organizations from the fields of
Science, Arts and Letters, Education, universities, research, museums,
libraries, local government and other related areas, to create a
network Supporters of the Greek Wikipedia.
