[CampusRec] Campus Recreation ARC Membership Renewal Notice

[Campus Recreation Programs]

Dear Sir or Madam,
	
I called in my renewal on November 23, for both me and my husband, John Dumas. The staff member entered my credit card information and told me the price. The cost showed up on my credit card statement, so I know that I have paid.

Now, showing up at the gym, we found that cards were not accepted. Please correct the error.
