The course leader is Tom Scaletta, MD FAAEM, Co-Director of AAEM Services, and an

involved in group formation. David has extensive experience defending the right of
emergency physicians and was lead counsel for plaintiff in ACHP vs. Catholic Healthcare
West.

This course was first given as a pre-conference to the 2004 AAEM Scientific Assembly and
here is what attendees had to say:

"Finally learning about things that they didn't teach in residency."

"This expands my level of knowledge setting up a business and obtaining a contract."

"Excellent, a lot combined into one day."

"This information is not readily available elsewhere."

In order to increase the individualized attention to questions, the course
is limited to the first 50 subscribers.
