[BITprogram] BIT Symposium

Our annual Spring BIT Symposium is coming up in a few months.  We are
trying to set a date during the middle of May.  Right now the best dates
are Monday May 12, Tuesday May 13 or Wednesday May 14.  Please let me know
if you will NOT be able to make any of those dates.
