[BGSN] Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., Winter Events

[BLOC @ UCI]

Hello Everyone,

The Xi Omega chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., want to invite you
to our upcoming winter events. We are taking it a bit easy, so hopefully
you all are able to attend.

Our first program is the *Youth Day Campus Tours *where high school
students from Delta programs will attend UCI's campus. Please feel free to
stop by and talk to some of the students and tell them of your experience
at the university. Different perspectives are good!

*Date: *Saturday, February 20th
*Time: *9-12pm
** Location *will consistently change as it is a campus tour, please check
in with one of the Deltas for details. (xiomegadst at gmail.com)

Our next program is the *#BlackWomenLivesMatter* event for Education
Through Political Action where a fellow faculty and member of Delta Sigma
Theta Sorority Inc., Dr. Jessica Millward will discuss the
#BlackLivesMatter movement and women's role within it. This event will be
one you won't want to miss as the discussion analyzes Black women's
positionality.

*Date:* Wednesday, February 24th
*Time:* 7:30pm
*Location: *Black Scholars Hall (Arroyo Vista 1064)
**There will be food*

hesitate to reach out. Midterms have approached fast, and enrollment
windows are about to open.
