This is a good time to make a plan, start your research, and go out and
get that internship! If you think you want a job in the arts, an
internship in an art museum is a good way to gain experience and make
valuable connections. Museum internships offer students the opportunity
to gain real work experience in areas including curatorial research,
conservation, education, exhibition design and installation, and public
programs. Please note that unpaid internships can provide the opportunity
for employment post-grad, although this is up to you and your internship
organization.
