Guest speaker James Moore III from the National Science Foundation (NSF) shares important lessons to inform "This Is What a Scientist/Engineer Looks Like" at noon on April 26 at Calit2 Auditorium.

Dr. Moore leads the NSF Broadening Participation in Engineering program and presents about practical strategies for STEM undergraduates and for their campus supporters to enhance student academic progress and career success.  He provides insights from decades of research as well as from experiences serving as a distinguished professor of urban education, inaugural executive director of the Todd Anthony Bell National Resource Center on the African American Male, and former associate provost for diversity and inclusion at The Ohio State University.
