Keynote Speaker:

Arnulfo Gomez Ventura, Jr., CEO/Co-Founder of Coba aguas frescas, is a leading
entrepreneur and innovator in the beverage industry. While pursuing his MBA at the 
Stanford Graduate School of Business, Arnulfo co-founded Bonadea, a beverage 
company featuring the first ready-to-drink authentic aguas frescas sweetened with 
organic agave. Arnulfo started Bonadea with the purpose of making all-natural, 
authentic aguas frescas accessible to consumers while providing them with a 
better-for-you beverage alternative. Arnulfo has been featured in numerous media 
outlets, including the Wall Street Journal's Smart Money publication, and Hispanic 
Executive Magazine featured Arnulfo as a leader in the Food & Beverage industry. 
Arnulfo is a frequent speaker on Latino entrepreneurship and innovation in the 
consumer product goods space.

Entrepreneurship Panel:

Tarang Shah is a venture capital professional. At SoftBank Capital, a venture capital fund, he
helped with investments in mobile, digital media and enterprise software startups totaling $50
million. He has reviewed 1000+ startups and served as a board member and CEO advisor for
dozen plus startups. Tarang was a co-founder of a VC consulting firm Ariants, lead product
manager for Ericsson's first 3G product line of $300 million in R&D, business responsible for
Ericsson's CDMA450 product line, and a marketing manager for Qualcomm's CDMA
technology.

Ranjun Chauhan's sales experience helped to develop the skill of identifying a customer's pain points
and finding a solution that makes sense for their business. He has consistently performed in
greenfield territories and has been a driver for opportunities that range from $100,000 to
$1,000,000. Today, he is a part of the IBM Corporate Digital Strategy team. He focusses on
developing their Social Intelligence program. The goal is the better apply social media
analytics to deliver real business results. He earned my MBA from the University of
California, Irvine in June 2009.

Manette Quinn is the President and Founder of MediQuin Credentialing Services, Inc.
Manette has served over 30 years in the healthcare administration industry in various
capacities including Administrator, Revenue Management and Operations; working for such
firms as Tenet Physician Services (MSO), Orange County Vascular Associates and Orange
County Heart Institute. In 2005, she founded MediQuin Credentialing Services and has
grown the business to over 55,000 healthcare practice clients. As President of MediQuin
Credentialing, Manette also provides consulting services specializing in business strategy,
physician practice startups, corporate governance and healthcare compliance. Manette holds
an MBA with emphasis in Healthcare from the University of California, Irvine.

Ash Kumra (moderator) is a business coach, speaker and entrepreneur. Ash has spoken to over 10,000
people on entrepreneurship, social media and branding including USC's Entrepreneurship
Program, Network of Indian Professionals, The Indus Entrepreneurs, UCI Merage School of
Business, UCLA Anderson School of Business, and the 2011 Free Enterprise Tour
(sponsored by the US Chamber of Commerce). The South Asian Business Alliance Network
awarded the 2010 "Best Young South Asian American Entrepreneur" to Ash. Ash is
currently Chairman, and co-founder of digital content distribution agency DesiYou; the 2010
recipient for "Best Digital Media" company by the Ash Kumra Irvine Entrepreneur Forum.

Finance Panel:

Avi Pai started his career at American Express Financial Advisors which later became Ameriprise
Financial. While there, he was a member of the Advanced Advisor Group and an Advisor
Coach. Avi joined LPL Financial in August of 2007 where he was offered a senior partner
position in the private office of Provence Wealth Management Group. Today, Avi Pai and
Mike Sheets provide financial consulting to over 300 individuals and 100 corporate retirement
plans. Avi earned his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of
California, Riverside in 2002.

Travis Barr brings over 10 years of experience within financial services and wealth management to our
team. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Travis worked in the Risk Advisory Practice of one the Big
Four accounting firms. He works closely with internal and external money managers to help the
team develop cost efficient, diversified, and timely investment strategies according to our clients'
investment objectives. Such portfolios offer low volatility while seeking long term investment
results net of inflation, taxes, and fees. He currently works with our non-profit clients and their
investment committees.

Rich Baldwin, CPA has over 17 years of corporate finance, capital markets and general
management experience. Rich serves as President and Chief Financial Officer at TableMAX
Gaming, Inc., a start-up company that develops proprietary technology for the global casino
gaming industry. Rich also currently sits on the Board of Directors of TableMAX Gaming and
Galaxy Gaming, Inc. Rich has held several executive level positions, including Chief Financial
Officer at Tropicana Entertainment, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at
Shuffle Master Gaming (NASDAQ Global Select Market: "SHFL") and Director of Corporate
Finance & Investor Relations at International Game Technology (NYSE: "IGT").

Charles Baecker (moderator) is a 35 year veteran of the Southern California electronics and software
industries, with 20 years in executive management roles. He has worked for industry leaders
Beckman Instruments, JD Edwards, Wonderware Corporation, Delphi Communications Corp,
Prime Computer and for a number of smaller companies, in management roles including founder,
President, Sales & Marketing and Product Development. As an executive in the Los Angeles
management consulting practice of Ernst & Young, Mr. Baecker provided consulting services in
the areas of manufacturing operations and IT for both mid-cap companies and Fortune 500
divisions across the Western US. He is a Lecturer within the Merage School of Business in
Entrepreneurship and Director of the Don Beall Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Women in Business Panel:

Shaheen Sheik-Sadhal "Attorney. Entrepreneur. Artist. Activist. Mother. Not always in that order." 
Shaheen embodies the idea that there is always just enough time to squeeze in one more adventure. 
In 2000, after graduating from the University Of Virginia School Of Law, Shaheen set down her law 
degree and picked up her guitar. Soon after, she launched Azadi Music, an independent record company
through which she produced, recorded and distributed three albums. By 2005, she was signed to
Times Music - South Asia's largest record label. And since 2009, her tracks have been featured
on the world famous Buddha Bar compilations. In 2008, she founded Esse Law Group, a boutique
corporate law firm serving start-ups and social entrepreneurs.

Moty Koppes is certified as a Professional Coach through the International Coaches Federation (ICF). 
She is an Assessor for Credentialing for ICF, serves as a Mentor to other Coaches and is a Faculty
Member at Coach U. She holds three Master's Degrees in Clinical and Experimental Psychology
from Université de Genève and Pepperdine University. Coach Moty is a Mastermind Leader at
ProVisors, a Success Team Facilitator for the National Association of Women Business Owners
(NAWBO), and a Mentor to MBA students at University of California at Irvine. An Executive
Coach for over 14 years, she enjoys working with individuals of all ages and at all stages of life.

Erin Mester is a veteran of technology, product marketing, and business strategy. She has a strong 
and diverse background in software engineering with projects ranging from national security, to bio
technology, to large-scale commercial systems. She previously co-founded Servana.com, a
comprehensive platform containing tools and training to empower the average person to
materialize their dreams of working for themselves on their own terms. She is currently a cofounder
of DreamItAlive.com, a community based platform dedicated to helping people achieve
their dreams in all areas of life.

Lauren Ellermeyer, co-founder of Beyond Fifteen Communications, operates a progressive, fullservice
public relations and social media agency dedicated to providing powerful communications
solutions that increase target market awareness. Her firm combines the talent, capability and reach
of a big agency with the personal service and dedication of a boutique. Ellermeyer is laserfocused
on helping clients obtain measurable business results by creating goal-driven social
media programs, as well as catapulting clients into media spotlight and ensuring they enjoy far
beyond "fifteen minutes of fame.

Claudia Schoonhoven (moderator) is Professor of Organization and Strategy and the past 
Editor-in-Chief of Organization Science. Her research focuses on the evolutionary dynamics of 
technology-based firms, innovation, and entrepreneurship. She is currently investigating the influence 
of strategic partnerships on new venture performance and the dynamic effects of entrepreneurship on
the evolution of industries. Her research has been published in the Administrative Science Quarterly,
the Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Applied Behavioral
Science, and other journals and books. She is co-author of The Entrepreneurship Dynamic:
origins of entrepreneurship and the evolution of industries (Stanford University Press, 2001) and
The Innovation Marathon: Lessons from High Technology Firms, (Basil Blackwell, 1990; Jossey-
Bass, 1993).
