With the rising costs of R&D, and the short product lifecycles resulting
as a product of advances in technology, businesses must increasingly
make decisions on whether to extend their product lifecycle by seeking
customers in global secondary markets. In order to weigh the business
benefits versus costs and, it is important for companies to understand
the safety, language, marking and labeling, and regulatory requirements
to successfully expand to foreign markets.

Gain a thorough understanding of the basic terminology and strategies to
get your products into your key international markets so you can make
the business decision on where to expand your product.
