[UCI-Calit2] Upcoming Event: Student Dance Performance Features Calit2 Building

You're invited to a special dance performance and video installation
created by two UCI graduate students for their master's theses.
"Submerged Ascension" was designed around the architecture of the Calit2
Building and features the building's four-story atrium and flowing open
spaces in the performances.

 

Time:                            7 p.m.

 

Date:                            Feb. 22 and Feb. 23, 2006

 

Location:                       Calit2 Building, UCI campus

 

Additional information:    The event, which includes a post-performance
reception, is free and open to the public. Choreographers Deirdre
Cavazzi and Kara Miller will also speak about their work and the process
of creating a video installation and choreography to fit the building's
space.
