Abstracts:       Steve Scharf will speak on securing workstations and servers using the latest features available in Solaris 10, including:

                        N1 grid containers; user rights management; IP filter stateful packet filtering firewall; and Trusted Solaris.

 

                        Erik Carlson will address network security issues, including: extending security to the furthest edge of the perimeter, in front of the router;                        the need for an integrated security platform; and the need for anomaly detection to stop zero-day attacks.
