[Toastmasters] Evaluation Contest

Calling all wanna-be contestants AND members!!!

Next week - 9/11 - is our Evaluation Contest!  We need contestants!!!!!

For our newer members, in an evaluation contest, we have one speaker 
(a test speaker) who will give a speech.  The contestants will be 
given 5 minutes to write up their evaluation of the speech.  Then 
one-by-one, each contestant will come in the room and give an 
evaluation of the speech.  After all contestants have given their 
evaluation, the other club members vote on who gave the most 
effective evaluation - and stayed within the time allowance of 2-3 
minutes.  The winner of the club contest will then go on to compete 
in the Area contest which will be held I think either Oct. 5 or 6.

We need both contestants and members to be present to vote on the 
evaluations and fullfill other meeting duties.
