[Toastmasters] Special meeting on July 3rd

Hello all,

As mentioned previously, on July 3rd we'll have a special meeting 
with lots of Table Topics and a chance for everyone to work on a 
project in the Competent Leader (CL) manual.

While answering a question does fulfill a CL role, we will also need:

Toastmaster
Topics master
Timer
Grammarian
General Evaluator

and if you want it, vote counter.  Vote Counter is a role that does 
not help in your pursuit of the CL award.

Would you like to volunteer for any of these roles?  If so, now's your chance.

If you're still unsure about the Competent Leader award, I suggest 
reading the following in your CL manual:

1. Read the Introduction on pp. 6-7
2. Read Project 1
3. p. 76 describes how club duties fit with various projects
4. compare Project 1 with project 2
5. The Appendix (p. 67) describes all the jobs.
