[Toastmasters] Special meeting suggestion for July 3rd

Hello,

Here is a suggestion for a special meeting on July 3rd.  We coukd have

Table Topics / CL progress day.

We'd have no prepared speeches, but lots of Table Topics. Depending  
on attendance, everyone woukd get a chance.  In addition, everyone  
would get a chance to complete a CL manual section on Table Topics.   
If you'd already completed all the Table Topics assignments, you can  
be timer, grammarian, topicsmaster, or Toastmaster.
