      Hi there -

      I will be the Toastmaster for next Tuesday's meeting.   Please confirm your attendance and role for that meeting.  

      Speakers, please send me (and your evaluators) the title of your speech, the manual you are working in, the number and name of the speech you are giving, how long your speech will be, and your introduction (which I will use to introduce you and your speech).  If someone is trained to work the camcorder by Tuesday, would you like to have speech videotaped?

      If you are unable to fulfill your role, please ask one of the Hot Seat people to take your place.  And let the VP of Education and me know who will do your role.  Don't forget to look up your role in the basic manual, so you are prepared to give a brief overview at the meeting.  

      I am looking forward to working with you next week.  See you then.
