[Toastmasters] Kandarp's evaluator and next week's speaker

I am sorry about the last minute notice (again) -

I am not feeling well and may need to go to see the doctor later this
morning. Can someone be Kandarp's evaluator for me?

Also, I cannot make it next week's speech. If anyone is interested, the
