[Toastmasters] Meeting on May 30th

Hi everyone -

Here's the information about our meeting/social gathering that will 
be held in the U Club, Room A, on Tuesday, May 30.  The cost for the 
all-you-can-eat buffet is $11.95+ tax & gratuity.  If you want to 
order off their menu, the cost may be different.  The food is quite 
good.  Ice water will be available on the tables, but if you order 
other drinks, add that to your cost.

They don't do separate checks, so one of us (anyone want to 
volunteer?) will be at the meeting to collect money from individuals.

Because the room size is limited to 18 (seating conference style), it 
is important that you RSVP (email is fine).  Paid members will 
receive priority, so please RSVP to me by Monday, May 22.  After 
that, non-members/guests may be accommodated but MUST also RSVP by 
Friday, May 26.

It will be run just like our regular meetings, and we have the room 
from 11:30 - 1 pm.  But it will be helpful if you arrive a little 
early to get your food, but I think we should also start the meeting 
a little late.

If you can help with set up at 11:30, please let me know.   Other 
questions, I'll be back on campus tomorrow.
