Sailing: Capri Rating day, Aug 27

Rating Day for Capri's
 
Date:  Saturday Aug 27, 2005 
Time:  12noon for written  ( it is better to actually take the written test
before Saturday at he ARC sales desk and then you know you have passed.)
           1pm for ratings on- the -water

Be prepared to capsize and complete the sailing test on the water. If you
are taking the written, please be prepared for it, so you can complete it in
a timely manner
 
There will be more ratings and practice days in Sept and Oct, as well as
classes beginning in late Sept. so if you are not ready or this weekend does
not work, you can still get your rating soon.
 
Remember you need, in general, Capri 1 and 2 and  to have passed the written
test prior to actually taking the on- the -water test.
 
Cost: $15 for UCI students $25 for all others
This includes taking the written, and the practical and a practice day when
available.
