[pn] for colleagues in China

For those of you who might not know, this listserv was suspended a 
while back in favor of a new blog, at <http://papyrusnews.com>. 
Unfortunately, the blog was inaccessible at that time to colleagues 
in China.  For those of you who are in China, I wanted to let you 
know that you can now probably access the site.
