I hope Steve won't mind if I sneak in for a small notice.

If you have anything to say to Steve or to me, you need to email 
either of us directly.  Do NOT send any emails to 
papyrus-news@uci.edu.  I used to check all emails sent to that 
address to see if any of them might actually be intended for me. 
However, recently, due to the growth of spam and viruses, the number 
of junk emails sent to that address is substantial, and it is too 
much trouble to go through them one by one.  Therefore, ALL emails 
sent to papyrus-news@uci.edu will automatically be discarded.  So if 
you need to communicate with Steve (who will receive all suggested 
postings for Papyrus News, or for personal or professional reasons) 
or me (for personal or professional reasons), please do so via our 
own email addresses to steve_mc@kagawa-jc.ac.jp or markw@uci.edu.
