dear Allen and Peter,
yeas I agree that it is likely Ectopleura crocea (L. Agassiz, 1862). I
prefer to use the combination Ectopleura crocea.
Ectopleura is a reasonably  well defined clade (also at the molecular
level) and I see no reason why it should be split into Ectopleura and
Pinauay.
