[Cnidaria] mystery polyp appears on my hard drive and is identified

Greetings in the New Year,

I hate to admit complete disorganization, but just found the 
following image on my computer, dated October 7, 2007. Perhaps it was 
sent from someone asking for an ID:



I've been reading about stauromedusae in the genus Lipkea this week, 
which I suddenly realize that this animal is, and now I am really 
interested in knowing who took the picture and where it was!
Please admit that you sent it to me and I'll tell you more --
