[Cnidaria] Identification problem

Dear all,
I received this blurry picture with information that it is a  
photograph of an 8 cm jellyfish at 18 m depth in the southern Baltic  
Sea (ca. Lat N 56 deg, Long E 16 deg) in late June.
The Baltic information centre that sent me the image did not really  
believe in my suggestion (which was a well worn out Chrysaora  
hysoscella).
Does anyone have a better suggestion what this might be?
