[Cnidaria] Nitrogen Bubblers

Does anyone know of a good manufacturer of nitrogen bubblers for small
volume aquariums?  I'm trying to find an easy adjustable way to reduce
the oxygen in my system from 7.5 mg/l to 0.3 mg/l and I would like
something a little smaller than a refrigerator.  Hopefully someone out
there has dealt with this problem at some point, thanks.
