[Cnidaria] Aurelia aurita mass murder!

Yes, it is quite possible that hard traffic can cause such bubles in
the gastric pouches of Aurelia. It is just unfavourable coincidence of
events - large masses of jellyfishes and havy trafic. We have such
Airelia sometimes when thay are numerous close to the pier and the
motorboats start.
