Hi, I asked Nicole Rebscher to send you a method we use for spider legs.
it might work as well for medusae and is appropriate for small tissue
samples (one spider leg). We did not test it on Hydra or medusae,
however, where supply is never short, but since it is simple and
does not cost much, you might want to try. Let me know if you
are successful. .
