Dear Lene,
According to the pictures you've sent, these parasites seem to be
parasitic larvae of the burrowing anemone Edwardsia (Edwardsiella) sp.
I am not sure about the species, though. Edwarsia lineata infects
Mnemiosis leidyi in the East Coast of US, which is not uncommon.
Here is a paper you might be interested in reading
Bumann, D and G. Puls, 1996. Infestation with larvae of the sea
anemone Edwardsia lineata affects nutrition and growth of the
ctenophore Mnemiopsis leidyi. Parasitology, 113: 123-128.
