[Cnidaria] Mnemiopsis preservation

Dear Delphine,

I already tried several methods (e.g. that described for Adams et al.  
1976, and Mianzan
1999), but never had a successful result. If you just want to quantify  
them, you can try
Purcell (1988) method.
